Online Return Policy
Items purchased on our website may be returned via mail or to any of our physical locations. Items are eligible for refund to the original form of payment or exchange in the case of a defect when they meet all of the below requirements:
- Include the order receipt or packing slip.
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (unless the item was defective).
- Returned within 30 days of the order date. (All returns on items between 30 and 45 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.)
- Clothing must be returned within 10 days of delivery (online only) unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tickets still attached. (All returns on clothing beyond 10 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.)
- The item must not fall within our Final Sale Return Policy (see below).
- Shipping fees that are incurred with your order are non-refundable.
In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased at our physical locations are eligible for return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Final Sale Return Policy
Sale, discounted, clearance, and personalized items all are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
How do I return something I purchased online?
If you have any issues with your products, please email us at salemisonline@mycoastalace.com with the order number, your name, and the date of purchase. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return location information.
Online purchases can either be returned via mail or in store at any of our physical locations during our regular business hours. If returning via mail, please send items back with the receipt, in their original packaging. We are not liable for damage caused to items in transit, so please be sure to package your items back to us carefully to ensure a refund.
When will my refund be processed?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time the items are returned to us for the funds to be credited back to your card. We cannot issue refunds to anything other than the card that was used to place the order.
My item arrived damaged!
Please email us as soon as possible at salemisonline@mycoastalace.com so we can make it right. Emails for damages must be received within 15 days of delivery date to guarantee return or exchange eligibility.
